Please note we have two categories of products/orders:

1.  Ships within 24 hours (excl. weekend and bank holidays)

2. Some products are "made to order" (3-4 weeks) order. This is stated under the products it applies for. Weekly updates regarding the process and timeline will be sent by email.

TAXES AND DUTIES

No import cost or other costs within EU. Please be aware that international shipping taxes/duties may occur and are at the customers expense. 

ORDER ARRIVAL

We work with shipping carriers who aim to deliver items between 2-7 days worldwide, however some extra days may apply due to customs, bank holidays, weekends, especially hectic times etc. 95% of deliveries arrive within the stated time frame, but are not guaranteed to arrive within this time frame.

    The return label when exchanging is free. We accept international exchanges.

    While we hope you love everything you order, we recognises the importance of being able to return. We offer returns within 14 days of item delivery. If you would like to return an item please contact us stating the reason for return. Return label is not free - however, free when exchanging for another size/product. When returning, the initial shipping cost is not refunded. We accept all returns, including international returns.

    Please see below for return requirements. 

    • Items must be returned in new, unused condition
    • Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded
    • Custom size orders cannot be returned, so please be precise when measuring
    • Sunset Adore has the right to refuse any returns which do not meet the return requirements or returned without request. 
    • The delivery charge will not be returned because it is not refundable from the shipping company. 

    RETURN AND EXCHANGE COSTS 

    The return label is not free and is at the customers expense. The return label varies from country to country, and is between 15 to 29 euros. The exchange label is free of charge.
