If your order has not shipped within 48hours you have ordered «made to order» / «pre-order» items. This means that when you add the items to your order, our Spanish tailors create your desired model, size, fabric, and color specifically and uniquely for you.
We do this to offer the high demand for our pieces. Since they sell out so quickly, we use a “made-to-order” / «pre-order» approach to ensure more people can get their hands on them. This also helps protect our planet by preventing overproduction.
We support local Spanish tailors who handcraft each piece from scratch, ensuring a sustainable and ethical process—values that are very important to us. We want to create pieces with meaning that not only feel comfortable to wear but also feel good knowing they are ethically and sustainably made.
Please note that production takes 3 to 4 weeks, excluding bank holidays and weekends.
